What is a webinar?

Webinars are live seminars, broadcast from our studio to your computer. You will see and hear the presenters and follow their presentation slides onscreen. Each webinars is 90 minutes; this includes 30 minutes of Q&A with the speakers and moderator. You can ask questions throughout the presentation.


What do I get with my webinar?

With each webinar (live and on demand) you can download the powerpoint slides, MP3 recording and transcript of the webinar.


Who presents the webinars?

Each webinar has 1 or 2 speakers and a moderator who leads the Q&A and discussion. All of our speakers are leading experts including barristers, solicitors and academics.


What is an 'on demand' Webinar?

An on demand webinars is the recorded version of a live webinar. You can login to view the on demand webinars at your own convenience.


What do I get when I purchase a subscription?

When you purchase a subscription, your entire office gets access to all the live and on demand webinars for 12 months plus all the webinar resources.


What do I get when I purchase a package?

When you purchase a package of webinars, you will get access to all of the webinars included in that package, including the transcript, pdf and mp3 recording of the webinars. This will be in addition to any other subscription that you have purchased.

What happens after I purchase a subscription?

After you purchase a subscription, you will receive a welcome email that includes details on how to access the live and on demand webinars. In this email will be your unique URL and login code that you use to login to the webinars, it will remain the same for the entire duration of your subscription. Please keep this email for future reference and bookmark the URL.


When does my subscription start?

Your subscription commences on the date you receive the email with your login details.


What happens if lose my login details?

We will send a reminder email before each webinar with your login details.


What happens after I purchase a single webinar?

After you purchase a single webinar, you will receive a welcome email that includes details of how to access the webinar. In this email will be your unique URL and login code that you use to login to the webinar. You can access the webinar for up to 3 months.
