John Bowers QC John Bowers QC practices at Littleton Chambers in London, specialising in Employment Law, Discrimination Law. He undertakes considerable Pro Bono work and is a former chair of the Employment Law Bar Association and an Employment Tribunal Chairman. He is a former member of the Local Government Standards Board for England. He is an honorary professor at the University of Hull, and is a frequent lecturer on employment law to solicitors, businessmen and trade unionists. His publications include A Practical Approach to Employment Law 2005, OUP (Previously Bowers on Employment Law) and Textbook on Labour Law 2004 (with S Honeyball), OUP, 8th edn. John Bowers is a former Employment Appeal Tribunal Judge. His next book is on whistleblowing. Gavin Mansfield Gavin Mansfield is described as a "consumate professional" and a "cracking team player" in the legal directories. He is recognised for his ability to "cut to the chase in the courtroom". As a member of the Littleton Chambers employment group, Gavin Mansfield has wide experience in TUPE disputes as well as High Court litigation and tribunal cases. |
