Speakers' Profiles
Marcus Grant Marcus Grant is a barrister at Temple Garden Chambers who was called in 1993 and specialises in personal injury and insurance litigation and has appeared in numerous cases involving allegations of fraud over the years. He also has a particular interest in subtle brain injury cases and appeared in the two leading cases of Williams v Jervis and Van Rees v Karkour and Walsh. He also specialises in chronic pain cases for claimants. He was also at the forefront of the credit hire litigation of Clark v Ardington and Burdis v Livesey and continues to provide strategic advice to some insurers. He has also recently appeared in two leading cases which clarify the law on indemnity costs. He has also written and lectured extensively in his specialist fields. |
