Speakers' Profiles

Aidan Ellis
Aidan Ellis is a barrister at Temple Garden Chambers specialising in credit hire, personal injury, employment, costs and general common law. He attained a first class in both his degree and his LLM at Cambridge University after which he was a scholar of the Middle Temple. He is co-author of "Kevan & Ellis on Credit Hire" (xpl Publishing 2008) and is also the editor of the PI Brief Update Law Journal (www.pibulj.com).

Tim Kevan

Before turning to business, Tim Kevan was a barrister for ten years specialising in particular in credit hire for which he is recommended in Chambers UK 2008 where he is described as "incredibly talented" and with an "unsurpassed knowledge of the law". He is the author of three editions of books on credit hire (most recently Kevan and Ellis on Credit Hire, xpl Publishing, 2008) and appeared in the credit hire test cases of Zoan v Rouamba and Ketley v Gilbert.
