Jamie Clarke Jamie Clarke is a barrister at Hardwicke Building having been called in 1995. He specialises in personal injury and in particular employers' liability, and occupational disease litigation across a wide range of injuries and conditions. Other particular areas of interest are professional indemnity claims arising out of the handling of PI claims, advising insurers and policy holders on coverage and enforceability issues, motor-related and highways claims including accident reconstruction, as well as public liability matters, coroners' inquests, fatal accidents and marine accidents. He is also regularly instructed to deal with more complex damages-only claims (particularly to draft Schedules), knotty areas of practice (e.g. dissolved Defendants, the impact of compulsory insurance) and tactical issues, including use of expert evidence and costs. |
