Proving and Disproving Psychiatric Injuries
Psychiatric injuries are one of the most common forms of injury or disability claimed and often give rise to much controversy in employment and personal injury litigation. This webinar provides a guide to help those trying to prove such injuries/disabilities as well as also showing how such assertions may be challenged.
