Solicitors
CPD Webinars is an accredited provider of CPD with the Solicitors Regulation Authority. A solicitor can claim 2 accredited CPD hours when they view the webinar live and 2 unaccredited CPD hours when they view the on demand (recorded webinar). The corresponding webinar test must be successfully completed to claim the hours for both the live and recorded webinars
Barristers
CPD Webinars is an accredited provider of CPD with the Bar Standards Board. A barrister can claim 2 accredited CPD hours when they watch the live webinar or the on demand webinar. The corresponding webinar test must be successfully completed to claim the hours for both the live and recorded webinars
APIL
CPD Webinars is an accredited provider with APIL. An APIL member can claim 1.5 CPD hours when they watch the live webinar. The corresponding webinar test must be successfully completed to claim the hours for the live webinar.
Quiz
Successful Completion of the quiz by an attendee is taken to constitute a representation by the attendee that they have personally viewed the relevant Webinar and undertaken the work required for the purposes of completing the quiz.
Please note: It is the responsibility of attendee to ensure that they comply with the requirements of the relevant regulatory body in recording and claiming CPD hours.
